Final COY appeal - the push for 10,000

Submitted by Chaco on December 13th, 2023 at 9:20 AM

Because we've established Coach Harbaugh in 3rd and Alabama's coach doesn't seem to be getting any traction I'll make this the last appeal.  Coach H is at ~ 8,800 and Nick Saban is at ~ 7,200 so if you are so inclined vote here https://bryantawards.org/fan-vote/

voting closes 12/16 - maybe we get to 10,000+ by then, or maybe we don't and the sun will likely still come up either way.  Thanks to all who voted and all who endured the painful experience of message board reminder/exhortation posts.

im gonna let you in on a secret. You don't actually need to use the email address to put one in there.  [email protected] is a perfectly serviceable thing to plug in there.  So does [email protected]  or   [email protected]

Just

  • Right click the link above and select Open in New Incognito Tab
  • Select Jiim and make up your favorite email -  [email protected] or let tony petitti or mark dantonio vote for Jim
  • choose I'm not a robot
  • repeat

I'm shocked that David Braun only has 2(!) votes. I mean yes, Harbaugh has done a great job navigating the team through all the crap this year, but if I'm being honest and objective, Braun taking over that tire fire at Northwestern (remember when the thought was that they would be the worst team in the P5, and maybe the country?) and leading them to a 7-5 record is the most impressive coaching job I saw this year...

Was morbidly curious, so I went to the very last page (page 11) to see who had the fewest votes. With zero (0) votes cast, we have a four-way tie for dead last. The Unchosen Few are as follows:

  • Andy Avalos, Boise State [fired midseason]
  • Tom Herman, Florida Atlantic
  • Butch Jones, Arkansas State
  • Mike Neu, Ball State
