Capital One Bowl.

 

I wasn't a big fan of Carr for various reasons but this game was so so sweet.  Watching Tebow leave the field with a shocked look on his face especially after hearing the stories of Florida's pre-game lockerroom trash talk that Michigan heard...I was on cloud 9 for a long time.

great 2nd half comeback and amazing game by Braylon was my 1st experience with the MSU rivalry. 2005 Penn St. was unbelievable finish. Of course that was the only home game I missed in college. I flew home to FL to propose to my future wife. Beating UF and Urban in 07 is still fun to watch. I love the play where Mike Hart trucked a linebacker or safety in front if the Gator bench and just stood over him. Can't wait for Harbaugh to bring back that swagger

Capital One Bowl. Carr's final game, against a Florida team that no one expected Michigan to even compete with, let alone beat. All the Florida players were dancing around in front of the Michigan sideline before the game, and a Michigan just went out and punched them right in the mouth.

The defense harassed Tebow all day, and the offense finally opened up and played to its full potential. Arrington was a man among boys that day. Michigan looked and played like the national title contender everyone expected them to be at the beginning of the year, and they beat a very good, very cocky, full of itself Florida to send Carr off the right way. The fact that their coach was Urban Meyer made it that much better.

I have to put my hat in for '06 Penn State. I can't think of another game that made me cackle with so much knowing glee while watching a defense. We seriously took their entire lineup of scholarship QB's out of that game...pretty sure they had a WR under center late in the fourth quarter.

2002 Penn State also registers for me because we beat them in overtime. It was the last game that one of my favorite Michigan players, Zia Combs, ever suited up.
