Denver remembers Rob Lytle
You'll all probably have seen the obituaries in the local papers by now of the great Rob Lytle, who was an All-American RB in 1976, the year I first began my obsession with Michigan football, but here's some memories from the perspective of the Denver Broncos, where he played following his Wolverine career:

Rob was always one of my favorites. Not only was he a great player, but whe I was a kid he came and spoke to our church youth group on the Sunday after a game. I've been a big fan of his ever since. Truly a great guy and will be missed by many.

He was one of my favorite Wolverines and the 76 team was the one that I have my first Wolverine memories of. I can still hear Ufer calling Lytle close, Huckleby deep and Ricky Leach under center.
I was lucky enough to meet Rob at a Broncos training camp one summer. He was a great football player and person. My condolences to his family.
