Countdown to Kickoff - Day 9: Marell Evans

There, got that out of the way early.
(Though not that tall compared to Evans. Didn't use such a harsh angle. Or would that be a Karsch angle?)
I think there was a missed opportunity that it's not him still in #9 on Day 9.

Nice retro number 9 picture, reminds me of the days when I had hair.

Those who "take off" will be middle of the road in the B1G.

How did you embed a video in the first post? I thought you couldn't do that?

....the seniors who've been through hell
....the defense with 4 different defensive schemes in 4 years
.....the defense trying to bounce back from the worst year ever
.....the TEAM trying to bounce back from the worst 3 years ever
.....Returning to "our roots"
.....the return of T-Woolf
The list goes on and on...
However, I think the story of Marell Evans might be my favorite. Partially because I grew up in Ann Arbor and left to go to Hampton University...but I'm just a sucker for "the come back." Especially with young men and women. Marell was immature, made what some would call "a mistake"...but he worked his way back. I'll root for that just like I'll root for Stonum next year to make it back.

I haven't been counting, but I think that's 87 straight CtK videos that either feature the Dong Forest prominently or as a backdrop. I want to know the Dong Forest's agent and how the negotiations went to get so much camera time. I bet Blocking Sled and 2-Wheel Ball Shooter are super jealous.
