There's another video -- I saw it over at the Sports Illustrated site -- where Coach Howard is in the tunnel greeting the players. It's great.

I definitely think coach Harbaugh has noticed all the fun, energy, and great attitude combined with success that coach Howard brought to the basketball team... and I wonder if that may have a small part in some of the changes we've seen in Jim over the past year.
