Chris Perry's career apparently NOT over
PFT is reporting that Chris Perry is presently expected to rejoin his UFL team.
Sorry to hear about his mother, but I am glad that his career is most likely not over.

I remember how much his mom meant to him. She talked him into staying at Michigan, IIRC.

I am sure that's right. I believe she is very much responsible for the tough, "I can handle anything" person he became.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Chris and his family.

I was just wondering this week how his mother was doing. Sh*t.

Wish him the best. I know that his mom was ill recently, and that sucks to have that happen.

That's really too bad. I remember that OSU game (who doesn't?) and he had that arm-band that said "MOM" on it. And it was kind of a story for the team that year because she had survived breast cancer. Really sad.

Terrible to hear about his mother. I remember she was a huge inspiration for Chris and hearing about the story during the 2003 season. I am glad to hear that his career is not over, and I wish him the best. He is one of my favorites.

both the good news and the bad news. So sad to hear about his Mom, not only because she was so significant in his success at Michigan, but nice to know his dream isn't over. No doubt she'll continue to inspire him.
