Cheap ESPN Magazine/Insider

$5 - 1 year

$10 - 2 years

These are posted a few times a year and I know a lot of us have taken advantage of this deal in the past.  My 3 year deal that I did through this site just ended a few months ago, so I just purchased the 2 year deal yesterday.  It will take about 4-6 weeks for you to receive the first magazine, then you will need to input a code from the magazine to activate the insider on ESPN.com.

Thanks for the heads up.  I had a subscription and it ran out a few months ago.   This is a great deal and I will probably take advantage of it.

I've never felt the need to pay for "inside" information, which is also why I never understand why some people pay Scout, 247, and Rivals for their recruiting services.

Could honestly care less about the magazine, I guess it'll be decent bathroom material. Two years for $10 is a great deal for the Insider subscription though.

To be honest, I used the same thing about 3 years ago to get the Wolverine ESPN insider site when TomVH was first there.  I loved it up until they closed down the site, but then rarely used it.  Sometimes Insider on ESPN does great in-depth scouting and reports, but it just wasn't for me.

I did this a few years back. The magazine usually got dumped but I enjoyed the insider info. Word to the wise though they will bill your card for the full price after your year (or two in this case) expires if you do not cancel in time. It's in the fine print.

For some reason I thought The Magazine went out of print.  Must be confused with The Sporting News - which I actually enjoyed.  As an aside, I'll buy a domestic beer for anyone that can remember The National.

Mine also just ran out. Thanks for posting this. I just make a reminder in my phone to make sure I cancel before the 1 year is up. I just give the magazines to my dad who teaches Jr High kids. They love those. lol.

Magazines to me are the internet equvilent of a web page that refreshes once a month.  Pretty sure technology has rendered them irrelevant to just about everyone.

supervoxustv.com  (espn, espn2 and 3) plus btn, on-air and huge list of other networks.  It's a Canadian site and is high quality.  If you want to use it with Roku/playon or some other streamer to tv, the one time fee is $5.  I've used it for about 3 years with great availabilty and reliability: none of those irritating ads that download malware.

I got this deal a couple years back. Aside from the issue that had Michigan basketball on the cover I don't even open them anymore. ESPN is a sham now. It's sad how far it's fallen.

Just purchased the 2 year subscripiton. As robbyt003 pointed out, the typical way to activate your insider is by inputting the code from your hard copy.

But, FYI, rather than waiting 4-6 weeks, you can call ESPN @ 1-888-267-3684 during that waiting period to activate your insider account. Just called moments after ordering myself...my account number hasn't populated yet (DiscountMags has to process with ESPN), but will give it a try in the next week or so.

It gets a lot of flack on here but I think it's good value even paying the standard 2 year, 3.33 a month, through espn.com. Yes there's some dud articles that don't deserve to be paywalled but there's a boat load of material they put out that's a good read. Buster Onleys blog is a great weekly read .
