Gee golly, thanks for posting this thread. Aww Shucks I'm kind of embarrassed about this honor towards me and me team dang nab it.
-Bill Stewart.
Sent through pony express.
FWIW- I got NC State with 12 confidence points.
December 28th, 2010 at 6:10 PM ^
Yeah, I like NC State in this one too. I think it would be cool for the Big East to finish the season without a single ranked team.
December 28th, 2010 at 6:16 PM ^
Well I hope we are both right. I am beginning to believe however that my picks are a voodoo jinx hanging around the neck of those chosen. I am having a terrible college pick'em year. I have 3/9 right so far. If this was baseball I'd be batting a .300 and would feel good about myself, but this isn't baseball...
December 28th, 2010 at 6:34 PM ^
I think the ACC is almost as awful. I picked WV to win. But it's not a big game, so I can live with rooting against WV. (Though it's sad that over the years that the nature of college football has taken away all the teams that I used to root for on the side- Penn State, Nebraska, and West Virginia).
December 28th, 2010 at 10:55 PM ^
I was 2 of 9 but 6 of the 7 missed were 2-8 in confidence...

December 28th, 2010 at 6:31 PM ^
I like them
December 28th, 2010 at 6:35 PM ^
I agree. Not too shabby. I was going to say the other night that Toledo's unis looked similar to WVU old/usual unis. Not tonight!
December 28th, 2010 at 6:35 PM ^
Though I wouldn't put it past them trying to look less like Michigan now.
December 28th, 2010 at 6:35 PM ^
I wish our 3-3-5 defense was ranked #2 in the nation.
December 28th, 2010 at 7:04 PM ^
A Big East schedule. But if we had played Wisconsin and all of them, and our defense was still #2, I'd prefer that.
December 28th, 2010 at 6:37 PM ^
Time for some Devine intervention
December 28th, 2010 at 6:39 PM ^
Time to see an effective 3-3-5. I'm excited
December 28th, 2010 at 6:41 PM ^
Also took NC State with quite a few confidence points (13). The whole Oklahoma State hiring made me question WVU's focus during the break. NC State has played quite a few teams really tough this season. Their an ACC team, so they could completely suck or completely amaze in a tough fought struggle. Woo ACC Roullette.
December 28th, 2010 at 6:51 PM ^
I completely overlooked the whole confidence points thing and just picked my games becasue I forgot and picked like 20 minutes before the first game. I took WV in this one as well though .............apparently for a whopping 26 confidence points! Come on Sweatervest Jr.!!!!!!
December 28th, 2010 at 6:44 PM ^
Offensive pass interference...so it really DOES exist.
December 28th, 2010 at 6:53 PM ^
There was an offensive/defensive pass interference in the Falcons vs.Saints game last night. It was in the same play against R. White and the guy who was covering him. I have never even heard of that being called.
December 28th, 2010 at 6:45 PM ^
12 sacks as a situational pass rusher...dang
December 28th, 2010 at 6:46 PM ^
Actually, I'd rather not hire any more WV coaches. That is all.

6'5, 200+
December 28th, 2010 at 7:21 PM ^
what his forty time is? Saw on ESPN that he was being considered as a 1st-3rd round pick.
December 28th, 2010 at 6:52 PM ^
The one Louisville WR was 6'9"!!!
December 28th, 2010 at 7:04 PM ^
That swing pass by NC State makes me hope that we have been practicing that over and over again. I don't how many times the blocking and open field were there over the course of the season and the pass would be dropped or thrown in front of the receiver too far. If we could nail down that little play, it could be deadly.
December 28th, 2010 at 7:05 PM ^
Way to go Mustafa!
December 28th, 2010 at 7:11 PM ^
Im hoping WVU plays as good as their uniforms look. I took them with 20 confidence points. Figured the guys would rally around the coaching turmoil and turn it into a W. Not lookin good so far.
December 28th, 2010 at 7:16 PM ^
what a hit
December 28th, 2010 at 7:24 PM ^
FAKE FG FAIL
December 28th, 2010 at 7:28 PM ^
West Virginia's offense won't work with a Big Ten officiating crew.
December 28th, 2010 at 7:33 PM ^
I'm kidding, I'm kidding.
December 28th, 2010 at 7:38 PM ^
Coaching situation give anyone else the creeps?
December 28th, 2010 at 7:58 PM ^
Pretty sure I saw him on How to Catch a Predator.
December 28th, 2010 at 7:44 PM ^
Played Alabama? Surprising.
December 28th, 2010 at 7:49 PM ^
And they'll wish they never have.
December 28th, 2010 at 7:57 PM ^
So who has a tougher name to spell? B-Hawk or the NC State kicker?
December 28th, 2010 at 8:06 PM ^
After the Zettel News.
December 28th, 2010 at 8:10 PM ^
Dulls the pain.
Edit: That was until Lou Holtz showed up on my screen.
December 28th, 2010 at 8:15 PM ^
He just gets it damp.
December 28th, 2010 at 8:17 PM ^
Mark May- Valid Point
Lou Holtz- Still huffing ether
Why not let them play in the Sugar Bowl?! How about it would be more punishment than sitting them against their cupcakes in the beginning of the year. Exceptions- Miami and MSU
Why won't ESPN fire this sad little man?
December 28th, 2010 at 8:35 PM ^
And no one's watching, did it really happen?
December 28th, 2010 at 8:40 PM ^
I think under NCAA rules it is considered a legal forward pass.
December 28th, 2010 at 8:40 PM ^
Depends on if you have insider information that there was indeed actually a fumble.
December 28th, 2010 at 8:54 PM ^
Now don't pull a Toledo/NYG in the 4th qtr!
December 28th, 2010 at 9:32 PM ^
I don't think I'd let Stewart come back for even just next year.
December 28th, 2010 at 9:34 PM ^
Can you blame him for turnovers and missed field goals?
December 28th, 2010 at 9:36 PM ^
Or the drop on the fair catch...
Sounds like the same things RR gets blamed for, so perhaps, yes, he should be fired after the bowl game.
December 28th, 2010 at 9:35 PM ^
I still don't think he will be coaching next year if you get my gist.
December 28th, 2010 at 9:35 PM ^
One hell of an ugly performance by WVU.
December 28th, 2010 at 9:36 PM ^
Wow. I am used too watching the teams I pick meltdown. Feels much better on the other side of things. WVU is done.
