I am genuinely touched by that story of love and caring.
Great story. Thanks for posting.
This article is another reminder that the University of Michigan is a great place. Not all heros are associated with sports and we all need to remember that.
This is a great story and personal for me. My youngest child suffers from junction all epidermolysis bullosa. He has, so far, defied the odds and will turn 6 next month.
I moved away from Michigan over 20 years ago, but my dad still lives in the AA area. He is active in the local car collector community. My dad was involved in organizing the 2013 rolling sculpture car show and was contacted by Jean to help organize car collectors to put on a small show for Caden. He called me after that show to describe how fulfilling the event was and how impressed he had been with Caden's knowledge of cars. Now it will be an annual event!

I just received an email with a link to Mott's video about the event: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bmVOjsKz4yQ&feature=youtu.be
Oh heartbreaking for his family :(
community the way it came together for this young man. It is heartbreaking that it didn't have a better ending for Caden but it's nice to know he lives on with this event.
Our son had the same heart condition as Caden. It's rare, but now I feel like I hear about new cases all the time.
Sincere prayers for Caden and his family.
And much gratitude for all the professionals helping sick kids.
It's really cool to see so much support for those kiddos. I wonder what kind of impact the blog could make on those kids if it did something for Mott.

An annual mgoblog Mott fundraiser or even an event would be awesome.
Mott is amazing! I'm very glad it's a part of the Michigan community.
