Bowl Records Going Into Title Game

Records going into BCS title game: Big Ten -- 4-3 Big East -- 4-2 Big 12 -- 4-3 ACC -- 3-4 SEC -- 5-4 PAC 10 -- 2-5 MWC -- 4-1 Notes: WOOOOOOOOOO Big Ten Bitches!!!!!!!!!!! Great bowl season with two big BCS wins and four upsets. Big East had another solid season under the radar playing mostly shitty bowls. MWC is one step closer to auto-bid status despite TCU's loss. Are we going to hear about what's wrong with the Pac 10 all summer?? 10 SEC bowl teams. That's quality OOC scheduling. Fox's score bar was different the last two games and the rapid fire camera shot changes are going to give me a seizure. Can't wait for the WWL to take over.

this bowl season, it's that DEFENSE wins. Oregon, Miami (that Miami) and Georgia Tech all got embarassed when they played a team with good defense. Also, on the bright side for UM fans, UM played two BCS bowl winners tough. Without a shank job FG and a couple untimely TO's UM could have beat OSU and/or Iowa. Lets hope our defense improves, because we will score points next year. Go Blue!

I hope this is the last season we are watching bowl games and not participating in them.....I feel like we are the fat kid in gym class that no one picked to be on there team :( I am proud of our big ten brethren though....conference pride!!!

Fox's College Football coverage is absolutely brutal. I'm pretty sure they said that GT runs a spread option multiple times tonight. You'd think someone would google it and tell them it's a triple option.....

I really like what the Big Ten was able to accomplish in the bowl season. Even the teams that lost were respectable. It was a nice adjustment to have some teams play later in the season, and next year should help the long layoff even more. Did anyone see the Northwestern game? They should have won that one about 3 times... I can still see stupid media zombies talking about how there's no speed in the midwest. I don't think we'll shake that myth until Michigan gets our ninjas up and running. Will they add a new Big Ten team this off-season? If they end up making two divisions, I would prefer to be in the same one with OSU, avoiding the possibility of playing them twice in a row. We should just add Boise State, TCU, Utah, BYU, or one of the up in coming schools that are dying for a chance at a real title. Who cares how far we have to fly to play 'em?

As much as it sucks watching all the other B10 teams go bowling, I was ecstatic to see what the conference was able to do this post-season. We all know what the nation has thought of the B10 for the past few years and it was great to see such a huge turnaround. After winning only 1 bowl game last year, the B10 was able to end this season with a winning record. On top of that, the B10 team was the underdog in every win. And aside from the Minnesota debacle, I felt the losing teams (MSU, NW) lost in a respectable fashion. Side Note: If there's one team that has shown the strength of the B10 this year, it's Michigan. Punishing our non-conference creampuffs and then winning a shootout against a high-powered ND offense before getting our asses handed to us in the conference says to me that the B10 is back on the map.

I'm told almost daily how the Big 10 is more of a MAC school and that the PAC 10 would crush the SEC team-by-team, if anyone would play them. PAC 10 country is No. 1 in hot women and weed. That's still pretty good. I just don't have to listen them crab about left-coast bias for a year. Hooray!
