Boise State now FBS leader in all time win percentage
FYI: https://www.reddit.com/r/CFB/comments/d7f559/with_michigans_loss_to_wisconsin_boise_state_now/
Take this with a reasonable grain of salt since Boise has played less than half the games UM has and most have been against lesser competition. This mathematical occurrence was going to happen soon anyway, but happened to coincide with us getting blown out today. Happy Saturday, all.

Agree completely, this stat for us is and was MEANINGLESS!!!!! We have not won a B1G title in 4,000 years and never have played in the CFP, fuck, little brother is still showing us up. Tired of these meaningless stats, stop living in the way, way back past people!!

Not too concerned about the Little Brother, tbh. Football did not, in fact, begin in 2010.
It's okay to acknowledge the history and revere the accomplishments of past teams. They earned that respect.
It is also okay to expect better than today's performance.

Yes, but for kids we are recruiting it sure did. Our '97 title has as much weight with them as our '07 title.

And they'll probably keep it for years because they'll never get invited to a P5 league and they'll just keep being a pretty good MW team

Exactly. A lot easier for them to get 11 wins a year than us, for now and for the foreseeable future - regardles of our actual team quality year-to-year.
But still, a tiny/medium-size flag they now wave and we cannot.

The whole winningest program bs needs to stop. We are not the best football program. Even as far as wins go it won’t be long before Alabama surpasses us. Im sick of this. Make a change. I’m talking to you Emmanuel

lmfao Boise State has played a fraction of the amount of games. Get outta here with this bullshit. No one cares about Group of 5 schools.

They deserve it.

I’d take winning meaningful games over this stat. I remember it was cool saying we had most all time wins and winning percentage back in the early 2000s cause we were still winning Big 10 titles.
Now it’s just kind of pathetic. For a long time it was my go to defense when somebody would talk shit about Michigan football but now I’m to embarrassed to throw this out.
Oh wait my wife did say I should look on the bright side occasionally...On the bright side losing those meaningful games took the sting out of surrendering this.

I think we should exhibit some class and congratulate them on that if in fact it is valid. If not for all those wins in our winningest, we would never have became who were or are - depending on your mood today, I suppose.

NOOOOOOOO! That was my come back when other fans tell me how bad Michigan sucks. Good thing I still have that meaningful all time wins in my back pocket.
I am sure that will be talked about this week.

Good. So the people who are stuck in the 70s can stop toting that meaningless, stupid ass statistic.

Fuk U. And everyone else.

This is not true, at least yet. This guy took his information from a dubious third party source which has information that doesn't agree with the NCAA. The NCAA still has Michigan with a higher winning percentage, at least for now.

I was told harsin would be a bad choice to replace harbaugh by a couple people on this blog. Lmfao
