Congrats to Blake Corum on being named the Captain of the Good Works Team! As you may recall voting went until 11/21, and appears many of us followed BlueFromKwaj daily reminders to vote! They do not list a vote total but I would like to think we lapped the field.

Very well deserved. Congratulations to Blake and all the players who were nominated and contribute to the communities they are part of.
And, I think Blake and other Michigan players will be at the Somerset Collection in Troy to sign autographs.

Blake’s a good egg both on and off the field. Not many folks I would care to meet but I would be honored to shake his hand.
Speaking of Allstate, go back into their playoff predictor and enter actual outcomes. The results are rather hilarious and the SEC gets to watch the CFP from the sofa.

I think I’ve mentioned this before but at the NIL signing at the stadium in August Blake instantly connected with my 4 year old. They were teasing each other and laughing and doing high fives like they’d known each other years and they literally just met. Donovan Edwards could not contain his laughter at watching the whole interaction. The rest of the team was totally appropriate and professional but Blake was impressively human beyond that. Really stood out as above and beyond compared to any other person there that day.

Thanks for the update! I love seeing the players recognized for their successes on and off the field. I’m impressed by the culture of the team and am especially impressed by Blake.

Blake is the finest of our current group of fine young men. I hope he has a long NFL career to continue his good works.
