Be Loud, Be Early, Wear Maize
Not everyone has a warm Maize coat including me. I bought a Maize XXXL sweatshirt and I’m going to layer up underneath it.
Don’t have a Maize coat or sweatshirt? Wear anything you have that’s Maize. Ball cap, stocking cap, poncho. Spray paint a pair of long johns. Do anything you can do to get Maize on your body.
It’s going to be a chilly day. Stay warm.

Harbor freight has maize(ish) rain coats for a couple bucks.

Yea they do. Thankfully I bought the whole suit before the monsoon vs. ND a couple years ago.

Same, but it only made it till the end of the first quarter before it started shredding like a garbage bag full of broken glass.

Maize out is really hard during frigid temps. I bought a blue Jumpman winter coat on clearance during first year of Jordan Brand, It's literally for games like this. Go Blue!
PS I will wear my maize skull cap.

There are legit people fighting in Facebook groups about this lol. I mean I kind of get it most of us have blue heavier stuff but at least put some maize on somewhere to drown out the black and red.
Nab a rain cover or a maize hoodie and layer up underneath.
have a little extra pregame “juice”…that may help too.

If you’re a season ticket holder there’s no excuse not to have maize/yellow cold weather gear. You have to dress up for this game every other year…

I’ve always wondered why the AD doesn’t shell out some money and give away something maize at the entrance for games like this. How much could it really cost? And it would make for a great atmosphere. Maybe they do? I think Penn State does that for their whiteouts since most people have the darker Penn State gear. 99.9% of my Michigan gear is blue. I have a couple of gray tshirts and some maize T-shirts that came with tickets that fit me like a tent now since I’ve lost weight.

They have. I’ve been to game where they handed out Pom poms a couple times and once where they gave away towels.
Not sure how far they had this planned in advance so I don’t know if they had time to put something together.
