Autographs
I know this is a long shot but I have a real winged helmet with Brady's autograph on it. Does the athletic dept. have an official way for me to to ask other former coaches to sign my helmet? Or can I attend an event and get it signed etc...
Or do I reach out (somehow) to each and ask?
Thoughts? (I am a '92 alum, other than that I have no connections)

As a major collector of non sports autos you will likely need to get it via a private event or signing.

Your best bet would probably be champions circle, not the athletic department, and it will most likely cost you.

You don’t want to get additional signatures on a Brady helmet, it will devalue it.

He's right, with giant autos like that.. don't clutter it with random other autos. Maybe the only one on his level would be Woodson.

Since he says "...other former coaches" he might be referring to Hoke when he says "Brady".

Your two best options are probably shopping for an event where the desired people will be, or reaching out to press agents or various other people who do work for them. It depends on who you're trying to get really, but I would definitely go through their representatives if you're going to reach out to individuals.

I assume you mean Tom Brady and not Brady Hoke. Asking because you mention "other former coaches" and TB12 was never a coach...
If Brady Hoke, go ahead and have other signatures on it. It would actually be pretty cool to have signatures from all the surviving head coaches (even if it were to include RR - but for completeness, you know?)
If it's Tom Brady, keep that one as-is and get another helmet or item of memorabilia for coach signatures.

I have a helmet with Bo's Autograph. Got it at his last book signing. My wife was able to get me a helmet with LLoyd Carr's signature. She emailed his secretary and she said drop off a helmet and he will sign it. She did the same with Brady Hoke. Been trying to get Jims signature but havent got a reply from anyone.
