West's story is definitely a sad one and highlights just how wickedly debilitating mental health challenges can be. Glad M has Phil.
I wish nothing but the best for West and of course, any of you and yours battling mental health challenges. Been there. And prior to, definitely thought it was something that would "never happen to ME." It certainly can and to compound it, it's really hard to ask for help, but you have to find the strength to do so and/or encourage those in your life that are struggling to do so.
