Alright TomVH or any of you recruitniks - help me answer this please...
I know I should just wait 'till Feb 6, then look, but what fun would that be?
A friend and fellow fan (who usually knows what he's talking about) has heard that we're about to get a top-notch ("wow star-factor") de-commit from a program whose coach has recently "had a beef" with Michigan. But, he didn't get a name specifically. Unclear as well was that the "beefing" coach of the program supposedly has ties to Michigan. Any idea what this may be about?
All I can think of is ND or MSU, but I'm not aware of any program ties.

think QB guarantees vs. ohio st. it's surprising how many people don't see how obvious that clue your friend gave you is. who beat USC at USC last year despite being like a 40 pt. underdog? now who's their coach?

...what beef has Harbaugh had since last year? Am I missing something? Maybe that's it, but I'd feel a little let down, since we already knew that we were stalking one of theirs... I guess you all on this board keep us too well informed. Thanks.

That was posted on GBW, I'm not sure if that's where your friend got it, but I'm also not so sure this is as "locked" as this post says. MGoOBes has got it, but those posts are garbage sometimes. I think we're in good shape, but the kid's still committed so we'll see. The Dec. 6th visits, and the January visits will be pretty big for us.

Yea, I haven't talked to this kid, so I have no idea. But, I'm not buying the 100% thing, otherwise he wouldn't be taking visits. They're very good at saying the right things. I don't know if we'll get this kid, I do think we'll get atleast one of the WR's we're going after though, whether it's him or someone else we'll see.
