For all those who wanted a proset offense

We had on display a talented, veteran pro-style offense versus a wet behind the ears spread offense and the young inexperienced spread offense won the game. Another nail in the coffin of the Coach Rod haters!@!!!

and the thing is, the offense was sort of rusty. It really is amazing...38 points against a good ND defense, and all this with a true freshman QB, best deep threat out of the game (Hemingway), Minor RAGE not 100% and young slot receivers. As a fellow MGoBlogger said: "we are gonna be a machine!"

I don't really get too hung up on what type of offense we run, as long as it's awesome. But I'm not sure that today's game proves that the pro set is dead, though. ND did put up 490 yards. Both teams were awesome on offense today, and the team that had the ball last was going to win. I for one do not want to face this ND offense again any time soon, even if the pro set is dead!
