The Lions losing to a very mediocre Packers team is not a great start to the Thanksgiving weekend. Jordan Love is bad and from NJ no less. Gross.

Just watched a game that was one of my favorites from early childhood: Harbaugh, on a (mild) play action pass on 2nd down, completes a bomb to Kolesar to seal the win in 1985. What a game, and what a clutch throw by Harbaugh.

JJ needs to watch this 50x. Coach was clutch-he got nailed by the safety on that play, who was unblocked, yet threw a perfect dime.
My personal connection is that I can see my 27 year old self in the replay-Row 5, green jacket:). I’m unrecognizable of course, but I knew my seats and my green jacket:)

I was a wee lad of 12, recently uprooted from Michigan to Ohio, in 1969. I wanted Michigan to win, but my Dad tried to talk me down as the Nuts were thought to be one of the best teams of all time, in spite of Rex Kern. I basked in glory around the neighborhood as the kid who believed in Michigan in the midst of the haters after sweet victory!
