2020 Bball Recruiting- Guard (IL) Adam Miller possibly in play
For those who have not been following the recruiting chaos of the past few days. Current Illinois commit and 4* Adam Miller (SG) did NOT sign with Illinois yet and it is believed that if Ayo Dosunmu does not stay in the draft, Miller will sign with Michigan. This would be a GREAT pick up and could start the Juwan and Chicago pipeline, granted as of right now, this will all depend on Dosunmu. Ayo declared tonight but left the door open to return so hopefully this one can fall for the good guys.
Also, those on Twitter should follow The Real Sources. Former player Ant Wright has pushed them and they seem to have incredible connections to the high school basketball travel circuit.
There is speculation that Adam Miller may not sign with Illinois.

If your going to Illinois its for playing time. If you gotta sit behind a player and earn time should come to a school that will actually develop you and let you get Media attention in the NCAA tourney. rather than 11th place in the big 10 and no playoffs.
shitty double post with no way to delete GET MGOBLOGGED
Adam Miller is a Shea Patterson fan. He'll come knowing Shea was here.
Still with this stupid shit? Idiot.

Why do you people acknowledge him? All of the responses are always the same
I appreciate you coming up with a new schtick but this one isn't funny either.
I think Shea stole his "sparty crush", hence the infatuation.
Has Dickinson signed yet ?
I dunno but he just tweeted something post-crootin nut kick that said something like 'believe in this man!' with a big picture of Juwan, so if he doesn't sign then we'll really know we're cursed
Show him Nunez game footage and tell him this is the guy he has to compete against for minutes. That should do the trick
That's harsh, but funny nonetheless.
This should be interesting considering I think Ayo is projected as an early to mid second rounder in most mock drafts
Which mocks are decent for the 2nd round?
I've seen Ayo either early in the 2nd round or undrafted and see ESPN has him ranked #88. He's a player I expected to go much higher. Maybe he has a real chance to raise his stock if he returns to school.
Why would ANYONE stay in school with the threat if no sports this fall?
Chances of no CBB are very low, about the same as no NBA, no G-League, no Euro leagues.
If everyone stays in the the draft, many will have reduced their options for nothing. They can't all play in Australia.

Idk I've just been looking at a bunch of different ones and a lot have him in the earlyish mid second round but then some have him undrafted like you said
Non Michigan guys always return.
Now that we need him to return, he will leave.
Miller goes to Illinois.
He should come to Michigan even if Ayo does come back. I know he is from Chicago, but Michigan over Illinois should be a no brainer.
What cracks me up about situations like this is hes waiting on his decision based solely on whether another player comes back or not and then you have UK and Duke who can sign 7 five stars every year and none have any issues with potential playing time throughout the process.

That’s bc those school$ are ba$ketball blue blood$
The players aren't all alike. You rarely see two 5* bigs in the same class. Miller was never going to be interested in Duke or Kentucky. I don't think his issue is playing time either. He wants to be the star guard on his team. He recognizes Ayo will be if he returns.
not going to get my hopes up - been left at the altar before.........that said - will follow every detail anyway...I never learn
GO BLUE
Hugh, you need to post more. I laugh every time I see your username and avatar.

Am kind of curious why Dickinson hasn't signed yet?
Heard it here first: at either Michigan or Illinois, Miller will one day be the B1G player of the year. #CPL
Jace took the last scholarship so Miller is out of play
This would be a nice get as Michigan is going to be paper thin depth wise (if there is a) next year. We really don't have a 3rd guard at this point. Bajema is essentially going to be forced into the DDJ role so I hope he is at least ready to contribute offensively. Nunez is likely going to need to see the court most games as well so I hope he can at least be Just A Shooter.
Brandon Johns may end up being the primary backup for 3 different positions. Williams & Dickinson are going to see minutes regardless if theyre ready due to lack of bodies. And this is assuming we have Livers/Franz on the roster. If either of them leave our entire bench is true freshman and sophmores who couldnt get on the court; that will be ugly.
I am sure as hell glad we have Austin Davis right now.
Things may work out for the good guys after all.
