Records show Jim Harbaugh spent nearly $136K in 2015 recruiting
Seems reasonable.

I totally agree, especially since many of U-M's target recruits are outside the Midwest. Not too concerned with this, as it's possible Harbaugh's impact on U-M could be in the 9 figure range.

I'm struggling to see why this would be newsworthy, especially considering no other context is provided. Major media outlets seem to be getting worse every day. But good job executing that FOIA request, you sure nailed Harbaugh!!!!! SMH

Step 2. Have everyone in stands give away like $1.25.
There's your recruiting budget.

Coach Jim Harbaugh was everywhere recruting all over the lower continental 48 states in this big country of ours. Hard to imagine how you could be everywhere for less. Agree with those who point out this is a very strange story . Wonder why it was written.

Overseeing an increase in recruiting rankings rise 35 spots in one season is absolutely remarkable. And, at the same time coaching his football team to a winning pct of nearly .770 in his first year is equally impressive.
I still have problems grasping the arguments presented by fans that have arguments with his recruiting methods when nothing more that simple match will reflect a result that most only dream of achieving in one year's time.
Good job, Jimmy
