He was willing to do whatever was needed for the team, switching between multiple positions, for which I have a lot of respect for him. This is clearly what is best for him, and it's heartwarming to see the quotes from Harbaugh above saying just how much he supports him.
Best of luck in your endeavors, young man!

Good luck to him. It's impressive to earn a degree from Michigan no matter who you are. That's going to take him places in life.

Coach Harbaugh told Taylor-Douglas he had the opportunity to continue at Michigan, but he fully supported whatever decision he made. #CLASSY

Coach Harbaugh told Taylor-Douglas he would hire him as a GA some day. Coach said he would call any school for him. Met this morning.

That last tweet is awesome really - glad to see that Taylor-Douglas is leaving with an open door to retrun as a GA and really an open recommendation from Harbaugh in that offer to call any school on his behalf. Michigan difference indeed.

He is going to be coaching at Toledo in some capacity, probably as a GA or something along those lines.

Unless he's considering staying close to home by going to one of the MAC schools in Ohio or Michigan, he might consider Syracuse.
At Syracuse, although it's not a very good football program, it's in a Power Five conference and he'd have the chance to be coached by Mike Hart, if he decides to stay as a running back. He'd also play most games indoors; play Notre Dame at MetLife Stadium on October 1, 2016 and at Clemson in 2016, and at LSU and Florida State in 2017, plus earn a Masters in Broadcast Journalism from a pretty good broadcast journalism school.
