The most pertinent is his vehicle. He was driving a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer. No new Explorer with dealer tags. No story there.
The second is that he blew a .099. Not just barely above the .08 threshhold as given in the initial post here.

In Michigan you have to stay in custody (jail) until you get somewhat sober. The story says he was turned over to the custody of his team mate. All the DUI's I know of go to jail. I put plenty there as a State Trooper.
