Can't really do anything to him, and even if they could, the Squid is still able to coach at Kentucky even after leaving two separate programs in the NCAA crosshairs. If he isn't doesn't get any sort of punishment, neither would Carroll.

I hope that USC gets slammed for running the dirtiest program in college football. I always wondered how long and how many reported violations it would take before the NCAA took a serious look at them. Hopefully, Kyle Prater and Dillon Baxter, both USC commits, will take a look at coming to Michigan after the Carroll resignation.
