I was so spoiled back then. That 2008 team has big, fast, strong athletes all over the field. I just took it for granted and pissed in my beer because they weren't in the Rose Bowl or playing for a NC. If I could be so miserable now.

I was all excited for the spread offense to start at Michigan. I knew we did not have the best of talent in '08 but thought the D was still good enough for 7 or 8 wins. Boy was I wrong! I was kind of in shock after the '08 season but thought may be it was fluke and we would improve. Well the offense did but the defense just creator. Enter Hoke, another brief bit of optimism in 2011, thought the team would win the BIG in 2012 but Robinson got injured. 2013 was a big disappointment and 2014 was a disaster. But we got Harbaugh, so this losing stint was worth it!
