Any chance Hackett becomes permanently AD?

Sorry if this has been discussed already, but is it possible that Hackett remains as permanent AD? I wouldn't have any reservations if he could land a slam dunk hire (Harbaugh(s)). Happy Halloween - Discuss...

My prediction re AD decisions is probably less informed than most, but my experience in the world is that the new boss wants to put his/her own people in place. New AD will hire the new coach.
