McGary to warm up with team, will NOT play

Per @umichbball on Twitter, McGary will be participating in warm ups with the team tonight, but will not play.

I doubt he plays on Sunday either if we win, but wouldn't be surprised if we see him suit up in Dallas if we are fortunate enough to make it. Really would be something to potentially see the team come full circle. Go through the whole year successfully without him, and him coming back in the Final Four to give us just enough to put us over the top would be an unbelievable story. Need to focusing on winning at least one, probably two very tough games before this small chance even gets the opportunity to happen though. Go Blue!!!

Probably because people keep making a big deal about it—when they shouldn't. This is all it came down to, according to Matt Shepard:

i love the big puppy, but no way i'd sit morgan for a guy coming right off a back injury right now.

Horford would be the guy whose minutes would go away if McGary returned.

I don't think he comes back either this season, but if I he somehow did I don't agree with the sentiment that he would something mess up the team's chemistry, provided he was coming off the bench to back up Morgan.
