What renovations/new buildings do you want to see around campus?
I'd say a new rec center. The CCRB and Intramural Sports Building are not in the best shape and the NCRB is decent after the renovations. After that, the university could construct a new arena for volleyball, wrestling, and men's gymnastics similar to what Ohio State did with Covelli Arena.

How about a monorail/subway/trolly/etc with stops at Briarwood, Chrisler/Michigan Stadium, Downtown, Kerrytown, medical center, and Plymouth Rd/23? Yeah, it's useless beyond game days, but in the immortal words of Michael McDonoghue, "Just a thought, but a darned good one".

I love everything new, so I will be glad to any repairs! Now I make a renovation in my house, so I spend almost all my free time there. Thanks god there is a possibility to order necessary building materials via internet with help of these builders merchants [SPAM LINK DELETED] and save time on going to special shop. Also prices are better in internet!
