Coordinator Change

Assuming we can’t change head coaches are there any additions we can make at coordinator positions to improve?

This is what I don’t get. Alabama will win titles but occasionally give up 40+. Modern football - you gotta score a decent amount.

Why did Pep Hamilton leave or was he fired? The 2018 offense was pretty good. They averaged rushing and passing for 200.

Why would any respectable coordinator come here? You’re job security is going to be pretty much 0 for an entire year.

You’d have to negotiate a Dave Arranda (sp?) contract that is totally not tied to the head coach’s status.
