Jordan Kovacs to Miami Dolphins Practice Squad
Jordan just announced on his twitter that he has been signed to the Dolphins Practice Squad. As a Dolphin, fan I'm a little surprised, since it seemed like another safety may have been ahead of him, but I'm extremely happy for him. Here's hoping that he sticks and eventually gets called up!

The Toledo Blade had an encouraging piece on this yesterday - LINK
Jordan also had this to say:
""Very good situation, and they think I'll be on the active roster soon," Kovacs wrote."
That sounded encouraging, and hopefully we get opportnity to see him on the active squad soon enough.

I hope so. My concern is that Miami has 11 DB's on the roster, and will most likely waive 1 soon to make room for a 5th WR. Two likely guys to waive are rookies eligible for the practice squad as well.

his just now tweeting is pretty convincing. Kovacs had my vote for "most likely to make the practice squad."
But players can be put on and off the practice squad several times during the season, as the team's needs change. Junior Hemingway was on and off his first year, making the active roster near the end of the year, and still there even after being injured for much of pre-season. Tim Jamison was on and off for a couple years, I think, and then was even a starter for part of last year.
