Seriously? I'm as cranky as anyone around here about dumb threads, but this feels fine to me. It's at least better than "MSU struggles" post from yesterday.

Are you being sarcastic about caring about supposed "rich kids" doing well, or saracastic about the sarcastic tone in your post?
Damnit, I just fell into Inception again!

I wondered about this thread, to be honest, but probably the only thing that makes this somewhat relevant is that Malzone - at least as far as I know - has talked about making a visit to Michigan this fall. Over at 247Sports, his interest is listed as warmer for Ohio State and Michigan State, I believe, but it is quite early for 2015 recruits - I don't think he has any offers as yet, but I could be wrong.

I'm tired of St. Ignatius and St. Ed's always getting their way in football. Private schools and their fancy "recruiting."

Brother Rice is an important Michigan High School, but Ignatius is indeed one of the Ohio powerhouse high schools.
Ignatius has won the State Championship in the large school division 11 times in the last 25 years, almost half!! 3 times in that span they won the mythical High School national championship. Michigan has had past football players come from Ignatius. I think this is indeed thread worthy.
Morover, carping about what is thread worthy seems too regular, and ridiculous.

OH is well know as one of the five MAJOR producers of future cfb stars and this victory, although it came from one of MI's best programs is probably larger merely given the fact it came as the expense of one of OH's better programs equals or surpasses Devin leading a Public School Inkster down into OH and beating a team that hand't lost a home game in something like 10 years. The fact he did it on a last second pass made me know for sure he was Michigan material. I have many things I dislike about MI's parochial schools but beating another, albeit from a different state, is not one of them. Write it up. Write it up big.
