Not if Penn State beats Nebraska. They just put a beat down 34-9 @ Purdue.

UM and Wisconsin both crushed Purdue in West Lafayette as well and both lost to Nebraska in Lincoln. I'm not saying that PSU can't beat UN in Lincoln, I just think it is unlikely. Unfortunately, UM's chance at playing for the B1G probably ended when MSU gacked up that 4th quarter lead this past weekend.

it was when we laid an egg in Lincoln. Our inablility to get to the Rose bowl is on us, not on State deciding to pull a Staee.

Man, the 200 people in attendance for a Kent State-San Jose State Little Caesars Bowl would be hilarious.

Usually when Central or another BIg Ten school is in it theres a pretty good showing but yeah that'd be like a low-end high school game in terms of attendance.

I would be surprised to see Oregon State in the Rose Bowl. They still have to play at Stanford and Oregon in Corvallis. I expect that they will lose both of those games and finish the regular season 9-3, thus no BCS bowl for the Beavers.
In regards to UM playing in the Cap One Bowl, I really would rather play Georgia (even though they beat UF) as they have only beaten one good team (UF) by a slim margin and the rest of their wins are over crappy competition. Add in the fact that playing in Orlando is a de facto home game for UF and I think UM's chances of winning that game would be much better against the Bulldogs.

Oregon State has a decent shot at beating Stanford. Stanford is getting an awful lot of credit for beating a not great USC team at home. The lost to Washington and there other PAC 12 wins are over the 3 worst teams in the PAC 12 and Arizona at home in OT. Oregon State in comparison beat Wisconsin, won at UCLA and at Arizona.

Things are evidently stabilizing in their predictions when it comes to which Big Ten teams will be in which bowl. The only difference between this week and last with the bowls mentioned by the OP is that they both had Iowa in the Meineke Car Care Bowl rather than Minnesota. The projected opponents for Big Ten teams, on the other hand, have varied significantly. I dare say that this is another way in which having two ineligible teams (who would otherwise be eligible for a bowl right now) will make the postseason selections, those that can be made, interesting.

I wouldn't be that intimidated by an UM-Florida matchup. I watched BGSU stop them drive after drive. 2 missed field goals changed the scope of the game and Florida won 27-13.
With our defense, a healthy Denard, and plenty of brunette girls for Gibbons, I think we could get a repeat of Lloyd Carr's last game.

I've blocked that from my memory. So, that means it didn't happen. It also means that Michigan has never lost a game.
