and ASU coach Gus Malzahn, sighing like a 12 year old Justin Bieber fan?
They'll have to wait until 3-9 is in the bag and somebody in admin mortgages off all of Auburn University's real estate I'm afraid.

Screw you guys, I'm chugging coffee and studying the biophysics of the vascular system.

I complain, that's what I do. Sounds like that's what you do too.
I also compulsively check MGoBlog every half hour or so when I'm not supposed to. Damn it all.

UL-Lafayette's punter fails to connect with his receiver on 4th and 10. Pity.

think there would be an open thread for this game, very surprising.
I will now go check on the weather thread for the Neb game

Arky St's QB tripped for a 5-yard loss. Credit the turf with the sack?
October 23rd, 2012 at 9:02 PM ^
Was it just me or did they have the fence and the "D" reversed in the stands just now? Not that it matters, as UL-Lafayette hasn't played much of it yet.

Beautiful pooch punt rolls right into the endzone. Terrible coverage. No more special teams play for you son.

How do you guys pull this off? My other half only allows football on Saturday.

How I pull it off: Don't marry someone who tells you what you're "allowed" to watch, and when...

Well, the Arkansas State safety got there in time to witness the catch. I suppose that counts for something less tangible than reception yards and botched coverage.
Arkansas St. redeems itself with a forced fumble, then promptly run it to the UL-Lafayette 30 yard-line in kind.

That fake by UL-Lafayette....can you actually call a "Do you want this? No? Do YOU want this?" play action fake ending in an arm punt that was thankfully not intercepted?
I suppose it doesn't matter much if you score on the next play, of course.

Enjoy the few scant months of CFB we have left to enjoy. It'll be bowl season and time to say goodbye to all our favorite teams before we know it.

ASU just shredded the field on that drive.
I know I'm alone, but going to miss the spread offense and defenses freaking out about running QBs at Michigan. We might recruit a Drew Henson again someday, but that's probably as close as we'll get for a long, long time. Well so be it. Hurray for sissy sliding QBs from now on!

Wow, a goal line stand by UL-Lafayette means that Arkansas State settles for a chip shot field goal, so 43-14 Red Wolves. I assume Gus Malzahn sees this as a slight of some kind.
That being said, Arkansas State beats itself in coverage a lot, normally by falling down, or so it seems.

Not only is there a thread about Arkansas State vs Louisiana Lafayette, but passionate fans (read: time wasters like me) have bothered to click through, read, AND comment...
