Would've loved if we had picked up Stanford and Cal and partitioned the B1G into two 10-team divisions with all teams within a division playing each other every year. Play the conference championship game at the Rose Bowl.
I mean, all coaches at top programs can always do better. But considering Lloyd Carr helped lead Michigan to our only national championship in the last 50+ years, I'd say he did a good job.
EDIT: I don't disagree with your point about Carr's inability to develop quality assistant coaches.
To this day, still think the ‘99 team wins the national championship if Brady pays full-time the entire year (and Henson comes in with special packages like JJ did last year).

Like our fans with Navarre.
Given how much OSU is going all-in this year and watching us win it all last year, anything short of a national championship will be a failure.
You clearly are in the minority.
Cade lacked both the talent and humility that JJ possessed.
1987 San Francisco 49ers would disagree with you on AC being a disappointment.
If only McGregor had the sense to block 37, who ran right past him and ultimately made the tackle on Sainristil.
The chant sent chills down my spine and Perry was amazing that day. But I’ll always remember that game as John Navarre’s redemption.
In many ways, the Big Boy never left.
Hammering Panda 2.0
Too soon.
Glad you at least made it home safely and hope you're doing well, buddy.
We ARE the storm.
Donovan Edwards as Percy Harvin.
And Mullings would be fine blocking on runs where they were both deployed simultaneously.
I like McAfee as much as I like Joe Rogan.
Corum probably has a better feel for running and setting up blocks than we do as spectators.
Nice….Those Champions Up North
The dean is a “football” guy.
Always up to no good
Basement of the Michigan Union. Getting pizza pizza at Little Caesar's.
Bill Belichick
That they outhit Michigan?
Those were dark days...
Still lose that time you could have become a better player—think about how good Myles Hinton could be now if he started at Michigan and not Stanfurd.
…
AJ Henning was better.
Ugh, sigh....
Was hoping Penn State was good enough to beat Ohio State to set up another "judgment day" whopping.
With Mason Graham getting a sack on the first play of the game.
Er, uh,…
General Kenobi.
Er, uh, sorry...wrong group of nerds.
All maize.

MSU BOT should hire OJ Simpson to help them find the culprit.
Bet Stroud absolutely hates that guy.
When you wrote “Haskins jumping” I instinctively thought of our Hassan hurdling fools (not their Dwayne, RIP).
I mean, would you really want to get in front of someone that big?
Those were some dark days. Glad we're currently where we are.
Maybe he had a bad breakup.
He was a great point guard at LSU.
I remember when Bishop was supplanted by Tom Brady as Drew Bledsoe’s backup in New England.
So he doesn’t think MJ is the best ever, but he’ll be wearing his shoes.
Only if you’re a wimp.
Only two things scare me and one is nuclear war.
Do the linemen block in that pretty boy league?
Ann Coulter probably up there
Amazing pad level though
Doubt Sherman is salty about becoming an all-pro and future HOFer. Just still really hates Jim Harbaugh.
But I agree with you wholeheartedly about the parallels of moving Walker to CB. Hoping it turns out just as well as it did for Sherm.
IMA GET YOU
