Looking for three tickets to OSU game to take my boys (10, 8) to their first game. Coming up from Atlanta. Willing to pay fair market price for good seats. Fingers crossed. Go blue.
All fine and good, except Cade bailed on his teammates. Everyone recognizes the tension between the competitive aspect with wanting to be the starting QB and the team's success. There is no ill will but he was a team captain that bailed on his teammates mid-season without expressing any gratitude to U-M. You can be a competitive person and handle things with class.
The article bears out the odd circumstances of Cade's departure without ever thanking U-M, the fans, etc. Cade is a fiery competitor and a hard worker but it seems like he may be more focused on individual accolades than the ideal "team player." Hope he succeeds at Iowa.
Plus there were a number of near misses on deep balls in the first half of the year. One step here or there. It wasn’t like he was a slinging it wildly around.

Team 2021. I was there in person, only because my buddy bought tickets for my birthday. I wouldn’t have spent the money to travel to AA, given the results the previous 10 years. By far the greatest sporting event I’ve attended in person. Huge feeling of love in our section. Still get immediate goosebumps whenever someone mentions this Game.
It’s not, according to a meeting that my wife attended with an SEC fundraiser and athletic donor (cool story, bro). As it was explained, donations to athletic department are tax deductible but money earmarked for the “collective” that handles NIL is not.
In the games I’ve seen, TCU threw a lot of jump ball-style deep passes to their big WRs with decent success. I imagine they’ll hit a few vs M. If M contains Duggan’s run game and limits their deep passing game, I expect a comfortable win.
OSU was shaky against NW’s run game even when they knew it was coming during a wind storm (228 yards at 4.2 ypc excluding sacks). I’d call that a relative punking, at least.
Exactly. OSU is not the Death Star offense of the last few years. Their WRs are a major step back from Olave/JSN/Wilson. Only Harrison is on that level. And the issues with their run game are well documented. I think a mid 20s game is reasonably likely.
OSU had 33 points against Maryland with less than 1 min left, which included a gimme TD after a blocked punt. Can’t see them realistically getting more against UM’s D.
The point is the immediate focus on a tiny negative (Shea’s passing in first half) in a 45-14 win. Pretty sad not to be able to come up with a positive takeaway from the oline or running game. Plus, Shea was actually pretty good once the monsoon passed.
The thing that is most odd to me is the preemptive bitching and moaning predicting losses to everyone. At least wait for the losses to happen to get upset!
This is absolutely the correct take. The fact that has nine downvotes shows either that the fan base is entirely delusional or this board is 90% trolls.
Shea is not a perfect qb. No one is saying he is. But he is also quite obviously the best qb we have. The persistent anti-Shea drumbeat is so damn tiresome.
Lots of negativity. Who has PSU beat so far to justify all the fear? Nothing like an “us against the world mentality” to get a bunch of 20-year olds playing their best. Harbaugh is at his best when he can’t go into a shell. I like our guys in this one.

Not remotely true. Beat #2 OSU on the road and win B1G at 11-1 is a stone cold lock for playoffs over TCU, USC, etc. Likely the #2 seed.
He’ll be 25 in January so next season will be in the NFL. Fingers crossed he had a big insurance policy to cover draft position.
