This is causing me a little bit of a dilemma, as you can only have 3 streams at once.  As i typically have multiple Premier League games on, now i have to account for Michigan games on a Sat as well.

he's gone toe to toe with Julio Jones this game and he's held his own.  Couple big plays, but pretty consistent.

Not sure you'd get many takers in the winter, but most of the homes on VRBO and AirBnB are second homes rented out when they're not there.  Many property mgmt companies handle listing it, coordinating the rental, and you enjoy the income.  You can make a decent amount in say, early spring or late summer/fall, especially if you're not there the entire summer

That may be Martell's claim,…

That may be Martell's claim, whether true or not.  OSU is not going to publicly dispute it, getting in a tit for tat with a college student.  How many schools would cold shoulder a 4-star QB who has been in the system, and be one of the top backups in the country?  Knowing Fields would be a true sophmore and he may never get a fair chance seems more likely.

I agree.  You get to…

I agree.  You get to transfer because a better QB came to your school?  That's ridiculous.  The minute that video of the UGA baseball player making slurs came out, Fields knew he had his loophole.  That is a much more legit excuse than "I got bumped down the depth chart, and decided i didn't want to compete with him in the spring and fall".  Granted, it was kind of a lame ass excuse for Fields in that it wasn't indicative of the enviroment there as a whole. Living in GA and going to a few of their games in Athens, I can tell you there are plenty of those types in that neck of the woods. I'm sure the majority never went to GA, as most SEC probably didn't, but they're still at the games and act like the mouth breathers they are.

Not sure how this thread…

Not sure how this thread devolved into whether you like Tiger or not, whether your moral compass allows you to root for him or vilify him.

Life, and consequently sport, is about moments.  This was an amazing moment that will go down in history.  You can hate him or love him, but you can't deny the moment.  You don't even have to be a golf fan to appreciate moments like this, just admire one of the greatest of all time in his victorious moment.

I've been going to Liverpool…

I've been going to Liverpool games for 10 years or so, although I'm a club member and buy directly through the team.  However, I always go on a week when Liverpool play a double during the week (Saturday and Tuesday, or Sunday and Wednesday).  Those aren't always both home games, so I've used stubhub when purchasing for an away game, say in London or Southampton.  I've not had any problems getting a ticket.  I know EPL are the most expensive tickets in Europe, but honestly it's not much different from a decent NFL ticket ($100-200).  I've gone to away games at Fulham v Liverpool and a Crystal Palace game vs Liverpool and gotten tickets for around $80-90.  Not going to get that against the big 6, but I love the smaller stadiums too

Agreed, I definitely not…

Agreed, I'm definitely not saying he's a first round pick, but after Greedy and D'andre Baker, there's not many CB's that separate themselves from the rest of the pack.  I could see a bunch going in 2nd-3rd round without much difference in their grades, mainly based on fit.

I really like Kyle Martino

saw an article where he said he would run but it's not a paid position and he needs to provide for his family.  Rebuild US soccer from ashes, or make millions sitting at NBCSN doing Premeir League.

I mean...anything's better than our status quo

Poor Gary,

he's gotten beat by a half second to at least 4 sacks, and all the rest he either gets half a sack or nothing.  Not a bad problem to have?

Well,

I'm going to take this moment to threadjack?  Since this has evolved into a "Wolverines in GA", i ask the question, any Atlantan's or Georgian's come to our AAUM bars/events in Atlanta?  Whitehall Tavern, Pepperoni's, etc.

I'm convinced

Barry Sanders was born with no ACL's.  He tore plenty of other people's though.

She just so happens to be the top ranked 400m and 800m track athlete nationally in her age group, I believe 12yr olds.

We might be seeing her in a USA track suit in a few years

Saving grace

Well, at least if Isaiah is coming down here for his UGA visit this weekend, the weather is pretty cold for the Atlanta area.

Temps in the 30's this weekend, so that's nice...

New name

Five-head Jedd.  Keep the visor on.

Sorry I'm being mean today.

Not sure where

you got that High School info Ace, but Stephenson has long been a football power in the Atlanta area.  They've produced many D-1 players, some who played on LSU and Florida national championship teams.

Ah AH AHHHHH
If we got Tony Romo at ours,

Rutgers would definitely invite "Artsy Craftsy" Tony Romo.

Maybe he could bake them a batch of crownies.

This aint gon stop

so we just gonna continya

I lived with him for the summer...

2 years ago when he was a freshman.  Girl kicked me out the house, and had to go crash at my buddies.  apparently big Rob was staying there in the offseason.  I like to partake in the herbs from time to time, but nothing like this guy.  Basically 90% of the day was him smoking weed and playing me in FIFA.  other 10% would be him working out, which was pretty impressive on its own to throw up 500lbs while high....

Central

We moved to Atlanta before my senior year, played down south, went back up to Michigan for grad school.

I've been having a hard time

struggling with all of these incidents that have recently come to light.  I grew up on the wrong side of Flint, had a father who's dad was an alcoholic that beat him, also growing up on the wrong side of Flint.  My father never put a hand on myself or my mom, but still had the anger/demons inside him based on his own upbringing.  Unfortunately, I saw this rage directed at people who admittedly deserved it, whether it be guy in the bar or asshole in the neighborhood.  But never at his family or those he loved.  I was given the option of getting my own scholarship if I wanted to go to college, or go to the military.  (My dad himself a Naval lifer).  I earned myself a football scholarship and away i went.  Not until after college, almost to my 30's did I come to the self realization that this anger/rage was also in me.  I was mad at the world, took it out on everyone around me.  Mad at those who were spoon fed, mad at anyone I felt had not earned what they had.  NEVER have I put my hands on the ones who I love, but this rage/anger inside was not controlled, and I believe is also what made my coaches love the way I played the game.  But it became hard being praised in some circles for my disposition, and reviled in others.  Not until my current wife suggested that I look into Anger management classes before we were married did I realize that this was a fight that I would deal with the rest of my life.

Frank, this is a battle you will fight your entire life.  You cannot undo your actions, you can only fight to overcome them.  You will have to right wrongs with many people, and receive help along the way.  I for one, am disappointed in the decisions you made, but that I am rooting for you.

No hickeys???

Guess you better get them where they don't show, amirite??!!

My 2 cents

I have worked for 3 professional NFL teams, and have first hand interactions in the locker room.  I can definitely tell you that there are a few veterans/leaders in every locker room that set the tone for the ENTIRE locker room.  What they allow and what they deem inappropriate, usually everyone follows suit.  So for people to think that the Dolphins is a snapshot into an NFL locker room, that would be unintelligent.  For instance, having worked for the Falcons, this sort of thing never went on there.  The most relaxed, professional group I've seen.  Sure there were light-hearted jokes, but nothing like what we're reading.  It all started with Mr. Blank, what his expectation was in a player and his team, and that was trickled down through our President, GM, and coach.  Any bad apples were weeded out.  Why do you think our best pass rusher, a veteran player, was not re-signed when its obviously a huge need?  Because he was slowly becoming a cancer, and Mr. Blank did not want that affecting the younger guys on the team.

So this whole culture tells me that it starts at the top, and judging by what i've heard about Jeff Ireland, that where the buck stops.

p.s. that player's initals are JA, if you must know.

That was 7 minutes and 29 seconds

of pure, unadulterated bliss.  So great.

P.S. I think you're as much a gamer as me.  I am a B4 guy as well, got sick of COD.  Plus, i heard GHOSTS wasn't that good.  Now just waiting on new Assassins Creed.  Mixed in with plenty of FIFA14.

I wish Mattison would've answered Heiko

like Denny Green.  "They are who we thought they were!!"

Oh No!!!

Creepy head-cocked pedophile is showing up in pictures on our Campus now!!

Hide ya kids, hide ya balls...

Apples and Oranges dude.

Hoke had just gotten hired, when most kids had already committed or had narrowed it to a few finalists.  He took one look at the QB depth, and probably shit his pants.  Bellomy was a very SOLID pickup at that point, not only providing depth but also having enough talent that he could be average to above-average backup.

Holy Crap

We hired Coach Brown!

You guys confuse the hell out of me when you

use Bryan and Brian in the same paragraph.  Can we say BMac and Brian?

Maybe it didn't translate over to the college game,

but for what it's worth, Scout listed "Athleticism" and "Running" as strengths for Connor Cook in their recruiting profile.  So he might've be regarded as a decent athlete coming out of high school.

I need a good challenge on Fifa13, hit me up
