Is this Michigan’s way of…

Is this Michigan’s way of finally trying to hit back? Getting involved in tying up NCAA in litigation.  If so, would be doing so in a calculated and slow moving manner that will ultimately help to shape the future of college athletics one way or another.

isn't college football…

isn't college football inevitably heading towards a semi-pro model similar to farm teams in MLB? Are the BIG and NCAA that upset that many of the comments harbaugh makes (rightuflly so) about "fair share" to players and this is their recourse?

And if so, why not have Michigan lead the push for this model with Harbaugh in tow? We are in it this far. Meaning the university has gone all out on this as it is.

Or does Michigan allow him to be chased out of college football and we're "put in our place" by the BIG/NCAA?

does this whole situation…

does this whole situation all but guarantee Harbaugh leaves for NFL next year? that seems to be one of the worst parts about this entire situation.

I think we are looking at it…

I think we are looking at it wrong. Harbs isn’t leaving without beating osu. Focus and working on one thing every week. With risk of tanking season to prepare for one and only one team. At all costs...

but in reality, we are all kidding ourselves if we don’t realize the obvious. The “clean house and start over” meme we’ve been uttering for the better part of 2 decades now shouldn’t be mentioned until we are prepared to admit that means a radical shift to “win at all costs” (joining the Alabama’s, clemsons, LSU’s, OSU’s mentality). Game and the whole “process” has unfortunately changed since 2000. And passed us right by.
