cause ive had to try field goals ... its actually harder to score unlike last yr when i felt i should score a td every time because so far it seems like no tackles ever block when defensive ends rush ... brandon graham (sic?) is made into even more of a beast because of this

Offensive Line actually run blocks, which is nice, re-opening up the inside run that was actually effective in 08 and failed miserably in 09. Also, the OL isn't a steel wall pass blocking, either, which is an improvement and needed fixing from last year. Press Coverage actually works, perhaps too effectively, but seeing as it did nothing in 09, it's a marked improvement. I played the XBox360 version and HOLY CRAP IT LOCKS UP SO MUCH. Didn't get through the first quarter of the first game before it locked up, and barely made it into the Eastern game on a Michigan dynasty before it locked up. It needs a patch badly. Oh yeah, and if QBs throw while getting creamed (JIMMAH!) they put up crazy ducks that might make it to the OL. If you're under pressure, especially if you're getting hit, throwing it is dangerous, unlike 09 when throwing it while getting hit might float it a little, but it still wasn't going to be too far off the mark.

I buried a 70-yarder, returned a kickoff and a punt for TDs, sacked a QB, had a pick-6, announced plays, threw an 80-yd TD pass, and broke off a huge run all with the Space Emperor. Michigan has such an unfair advantage in this game.

destroy any of you using the Force(ier) in this game. What's up with Denard only getting an 88 in speed, when Tate is an 85? I have to say, it's fun running the option and knowing if Tate gets nicked up you can just throw in Denard and not miss a beat. They are both rated considerably higher than Sheridan (no surprise) and I think they really made our defense pretty good as well. Even our freshman backups are good, and it seems like the two freshman OLB's are speedsters. The only thing that is wierd to me is the playbooks. It seems like each one has fewer options than in past games. Michigan only has Shotgun, Ace, and I-form. I guess it's enough to dominate the world... Is anyone having trouble getting roster names loaded? I followed online instructions and downloaded them without a problem. But they won't show up, even if I physically load them after I've already DLed them. Anyone have an idea?

Rosters with names are not released yet. The one you downloaded was probably the update released by EA sports. Because college athletes are amatuers, EA can't release the rosters with names. Someone has to go through and update all of the names manually, and then we can all download the rosters from them. But that will take at least a few days

Another reason for me not to buy the game. Our kick ass punter hitting 64 yard FGs. That's unrealistic BS just kills it for me. NCAA 10 JAM! BOOOOOM SHOCKALALKAKAKA!!!

I am not questioning the validity of your story, merely presenting one of my own. I ran into Zoltan at a party and he was down to earth and talking to everyone and having a good time. A couple people were yelling "Space!!!" at him and he was laughing about it with a grin on his face. I talked to him for a while and he wasn't a douche. Talking to him was only Second to meeting Jake Long and Adam Kraus at backroom and talking to them for like an hour. As for the pickup line, I guarantee you that almost every football player says something along the line of "I play football here." I know a guy who made the team as a walkon RB during RRod's first open tryouts and he, a 8th stringer, walks around parties saying "Yeahh I play football." Can you say that you wouldn't do the same?

Honestly, the gameplay refinements have shocked me and made this game a clear cut above NCAA 09. Stuff like new QB dropback animations, players slipping in the rain, over the shoulder catches ... it all adds up to create a fluid on-field product. I haven't gotten into dynasty yet (waiting for rosters like everyone else), but if they made recruiting harder ... I'll never put this game down.
