In case the double post gets removed. BTN is replaying the game at 12:30 CST.

I have to miss the game too, stupid USA Hockey referee seminar (that I can't miss) is from 9-5 this Saturday. I have my DVR set record the game and planning on watching right when I get home.
The big conundrum I have right now is if I should turn of my cell phone and avoid hearing the score or not.

I gotta say go for the blackout on info from the game. That way it's like watching it live!
September 17th, 2010 at 12:30 AM ^
That is kind of what I'm leaning towards but I'm still not sure, and it is still not like watching it live. It is going to be eating away at my insides knowing that, in a matter of seconds, I could know how many yards Denard runs for and that we won by 6 touchdowns instead of 5.
The best analogy I can make is to a little kid on Christmas morning, you run downstairs at 6am but find out you can't open your presents until 4 in the fucking afternoon.

You just have to stay away from all media and anyone that is inclined to talk about sports. Wear an ipod all day if you can. IMO if you can do that it is exactly like watching it live

Big Ten Tracker did not come through for me last saturday night...
So i risked it by googling michigan notre dame replay.... I almost made it to the link unscathed until i saw the guy who posted the link (on one of those general q & a sites).
He had a wolverine avatar and said "enjoy!"
... thanks dood. you ruined my life

The Michigan game is replaying at least three times between Saturday night and Tuesday.
So just keep an eye on BTN and you'll catch it.
Plus it'll be all over the internets.

Thanks to all. Unfortunately, I'm travelling on business, have to work through the game, and the hotel I'm staying in doesn't do BTN. I'm recording at home, but won't get to watch there until next week. I doubt bars (in Wichita, KS) would play a replay game even if they had the opportunity. If anyone hears of a good, online replay, please pass along the gouge.

Sports fans without DVRs: seriously, use things like this as an excuse to get one.

I DVR everything - never watch a game or show live. If you start watching 1 hour after kickoff you never have to watch a commercial. Priceless.

Isn't it possible to pay some bucks and watch the game live on the BTN website streaming?

Canada too! I can't get the Big Ten Network on my dish and they won't let me subscribe online either. Damn them!!!!

At least in Ontario. And you can get most of the ESPN feeds that way too.

The BTN gamefinder in the Portland, OR area with Comcast now says the main game is now the MICH-UMASS game. However, the channel guide still says OH-osu. I guess I will find out in the morning. I hope this is true and on the HD channel too.

It says this for me too in Austin. I was worried I wouldn't be able to see it without going to a bar (I haven't been able to find the Time Warner overflow channels if they even offer them) but it looks like I'm all set.

The t.v. guide on the BTN says it will show the Michigan UMASS game on tv. It used to say Ohio st. Ohio, but it has changed. Hopefully it is the Michigan Game!

I have Time Warner and the regular Big Ten network has the Ohio State game down here in Ohio. I have several optional Big Ten channels and I need to DVR it. The problem is they all say it could be Michigan, Ohio State, Purdue, or Illinois. Does anyone know how to find out which one?
September 18th, 2010 at 10:02 AM ^
I already tried that and It only shows the Major Big Ten nework not the optional ones. Down here the Big Ten Network is placed with the other sports stations at channels 24 - 26. The optional stations are 333 -337 and they all say it could be any of the games.

Yet another reason to believe that Ohio IS indeed the Worst State Ever.
