Rivals article on 7 on 7 (Grimes, and several other Michigan targets)
http://rivals100.rivals.com/content.asp?cid=964978
Top performers at large Florida 7 on 7 tournament. Seems Grimes was a standout and some interesting prospects for next year including another slot receiver with only a Michigan offer. (Oh noes, does RR want 10 receiver formations????)
Hes revolutionizing the game by running 12 slot ninjas. Duh
he's a RB all the way and he's a good one. He's also potentially an early commit for the 2011 class.
Is he the one that goes to the same school that Ricardo Miller went to (up until this year, anyway)?
correct
Yes, Dr. Pepper in Orlando.
dr. phillips
Yeah, I know. I read it as Dr. Pepper the first time and it made me laugh so I've called it that ever since.
Dr. Pepper it is.
I understand that their offense has 23 different formations.
Their strength coach had them go on a diet, but they played just like regular!
I maintain that ANY RB Michigan gets named Hart from here on out will be a disappointment. Not because they won't be any good, but, as a matter of comparison.
What slot receiver are you talking about, Demetrius Hart? He's a running back, and former teammate of Ricardo Miller. Michigan has been his favorite for a while now.
While reading the article you guys took care of this!!
Since he will probably commit on September 1st, what are the early indications on his star ranking?
I've read in a lot of places that people believe is a better player than Ricardo Miller, FWIW.
So then tell him to commit already! Kiffin has a commitment from a 13 year old!
I don't know about star rankings, because who knows what Rivals and Scout is thinking, but he's supposed to be one of the top kids in Florida.
On another note, did anyone see how huge Jeff Luc is? They have a video of the 7 on 7, and he's the first highlight they show. He's a monster.
Incredible that he only just RECENTLY starting lifting weights!!!
He must be on roids then.
There are a few ways to get big without lifting actual weights.
How do you guys know this shit?
Whenever I hear the last name Grimes, I think of Frank Grimes, from The Simpsons.
"Oh, Grimey!"
