OT-anyone watch the Carolina vs Baltimore game?
I was just looking at the boxscore and saw the name edwards. Immediately thought wow that can't be the AMANTI EDWARDS can it?? After I had a few flashbacks that caused a small seziure I checked it out and it was indeed him. Apparently hes just a returner, but I was wondering if anyone had actually watched the game?

Yeah, he was playing a little at WR too.

I watched for a few seconds...and changed the channel when I heard Mort praising the Emu for getting Carolina into field goal position. Nevertheless, it's a great feeling to page thru what's on TV and see FOOTBALL.

I'm watching it now and he is getting a lot of time at receiver. Just got tackled by Doug Dutch. I heard Prescott Burgess' name a few minutes ago also on special teams.

He had a good coverage play a minute ago where he got flagged for PI and then it got waived off. The way the Jaws and those guys were talking, it sounds like their secondary is pretty decimated, so who knows? Maybe Dutch will stick around on their squad.

It's great to see Doug Dutch playing in the NFL considering his lack of playing time at UM. I know he switched between WR and CB (like James Rogers), but I don't know the complete details concerning his lack of PT. Anyone know?

I was wondering about this, too. If Doug Dutch is good enough to hang around the NFL for two years, why the hell couldn't he get playing time on our awful 2008 secondary?

Both Armanti Edwards and Dexter Jackson from App state are on Carolina. I wouldn't be surprised if the Panthers beat the Patriots as a result
The commentators would not stop talking about Edwards and Michigan. ugh.
Prescott burgess tackled Edwards on a punt return and they said how he was trying his best to get revenge for that game.

I was watching. It was very satisfying seeing Troy Smith fail miserably and have no success moving the ball at all.

You mean other than the touchdown drive he had with his rushing touchdown. Other than that he looked average.

I can't help but root for Armanti Edwards. He is my favorite non-Michigan player in the NFL right now. You can't hate a guy for being a massive underdog and beating Michigan. Congratulations to Edwards for having such an amazing game against us.

I CAN hold it against him. And I WILL!
