Michigan WBB beats #24 MSU -- POSBANG

Submitted by Wolverine Devotee on

Just ended on BTN.

Michigan knocks off #24 MSU at Crisler Center for their 17th win ever against MSU.

Great bounce back by Michigan after dropping their B1G opener. Michigan has beaten both of the defending B1G Champions, back to back. Demolished Penn State 89-53 on NYD and just upset MSU 74-65.

Freshman Katelynn Flaherty hit five 3-pointers and Cyesha Goree proves to be the best big in all of Michigan Basketball--men's or women's--with another dominating performance. She played the final 8 minutes of the game with 4 fouls....

Michigan is now 10-4, 2-1 in the B1G. Michigan's next two games will be at a ranked Rutgers team on Wednesday (who just lost at home to Iowa) and Ohio State at Crisler Center a week from today.

MSU falls to 0-3 in the B1G.

Great start by the WBB team. Love the progress over 3 years. Just have to keep pestering my local cable to get BTN so my daughter and I can watch them once in a while...

with the kids. "Blue rage" member.  Great, great game.  Dare I say they can beat the men?  And I only slightly embarassed my kids with my yelling.  So, yay!!
