Hold pointer over Scoreboard. Pick Spartanburg HS Scores.
Pick a game.
And they unfortunately don't have a dedicated page to varsity footsball. One of the included pages gives rankings based on a state basis, apparently. The Massey whatever says they are 26th and that they're going to lose their next game. 26-23 is their prediction.

Edit: Should have made this a comment on FNL, probably. Too late.

It's Conelius with no R. This has been confirmed.

the article he was referring to.

that's not a truly verified confirmation.

I think for once this might be a situation to use facebook or myspace to figure out how he actually spells his name himself. (I'm only suggesting finding his profile page, not befriending him, telling him to go to Michigan, telling him his arms look nice, or telling him to listen to Lady Gaga)

No need to facebook-stalk. I live in Spartanburg. His name is spelled "Conelius" without the "r" in the program and the PA announcer at the games says it without the "r".

I wonder why it seems like so many media types can't seem to get it right then. Hell even Rivals and Scout have the "r" in there.

Probably because it's an atypical spelling of the name which causes people, if they don't know better, to just run with the typical version. My guess is that they just didn't follow up. To support this thought, our local paper here has been consistently correct in the spelling.

Just curious as to what your point in posting all of this is? Not meaning to be a jerk, but rather it's not real clear from your original post. Is it to point out the stats or to point out the name issue? If it's the stats, nice find as we've been looking for a source with definitive stats for certain games. If it's the name issue, that's been confirmed. There is no "r".
