Recruiting is one thing, proving you can manage one of the top programs in the country day in and day out is another. There is a whole lot more to do than just running an offense and being a part of recruiting (as opposed to the face of it).

Ohio State would have to lose 3-4 games a year before I was worried about Ryan Day personally. 11-1, 10-2 next year, and his recruiting will take off on his own merits.
