Blackwell suing Dantonio and MSU officials
He claims that he was wrongfully terminated and arrested. Some pegged him as covering up Spartan football player's crimes. He claims otherwise.

Blackwell turned out to be a bit too shady for coach D. Word on the street was he approached the victim after the incident and attempted to offer to “ settle things”.
Dantonio, as much as you guys don’t like him- is an honest man. He immediately took action not only with 3 of the most promising players on the roster but with Blackwell.
This whole ‘let’s pretemd Larry Nassar who was in no way shape nor form connected to revenue sports is somehow part of a coverup culture at MSU is just wrong and unfair.
Blackwell is trying to get a quick buck, plain and simple For a lousy $150k if there were any real skeletons he could reveal this never comes to court
MSU canned a guy for not telling the man in charge what had transpired. It’s a real stretch to make this something dirty on MSU — quite the opposite, I’d say.

Looks like a case of legally sanctioned extortion between equally unsympathetic parties. When in doubt, follow the money. Prediction: settlement and crickets.

$150,000 seems like a pretty paltry sum for an action like this. Maybe Blackwell realizes there isn't much cash left in EL after the Nassar settlement.

Am I the only one with concerns that this cat is now back with Sound Mind, Sound Body???
Regardless of where the actual truth lies, it seems he should not be mentoring young men, without a whole lot of more vetting....

I think Blackwell will get a settlement to keep his mouth shut. There is zero chance Staee wants Dantini answering questions in a deposition. I bet Blackwell has some good dirt on Dantini but unfortunately I don’t think we will get to hear any of it.

Blackwell has no case and is an idiot.
He’s suing MSU because he did NOT cooperate in the schools investigation into sexual assault. That’s his arguement. Forget the immorality of it all, he’s an enployee of a University and is subject to mandatory reporting and not only did he not report the incidents, he didn’t even cooperate with investigators after the fact.
