Are our coaches practicing what they're preaching?

I know the coaching staff has a rule that commits cannot take visits to other schools.  This has come to light most recently with Pharoah Brown.  After seeing today that Armani Reeves is potentially taking a visit to Michigan in the near future I had to think for a few minutes.  Does it make the coaching staff hypocritical in a way to have that rule in place, but let other committed recruits visit Michigan?  I'm not saying they are in any way, merely offering up the question.  What does everyone think about this question?  How could they handle a situation differently?  Perhaps they could tell committed recruits that they can't visit until they decommit?  I know other schools/coaches don't play fair.  We take pride in Michigan and the "Michigan Men" that lead the way...Are they not practicing what they're preaching by allowing committed recruits to visit Michigan?

P.S. I know there has been some discussion of this at various points and tried searching for a specific thread on this topic and could not find one.  If there is one, my apologies.

in my opinion. it goes both ways. they ask recruits who are committed to other schools. they give them the option to check michigan out. and if they choose to visit Michigan while they r committed to another school. thats means they aren't %100 committed to that school. im sure if the recruits decline to visit Michigan. than the coaches back off.

Our coaches saying:

"If you committ to us, you can't visit anywhere else."

It's our coaches saying:

"If you are committed to us and you visit somewhere else, we will not consider you committed anymore."

So in essence they are being straightforward.  If a guy is committed to another school and visits here, they don't really consider him committed to the other school.  It's pretty standard behavior for NCAA coaches.
