We're playing great, but way too soon to talk about being better than last year.  We'll have some non-conference tests coming up to figure that out, hopefully with McGary back.

Stauskas BODY WORK muscles beast mode.

Also, Horford looks good in here with his rebounding.  We don't need a scorer.  We need a glue guy with energy, defensive movement, and rebounding.  Both Morgan and Horford seem to fit very well.

Shooters go cold. You've got to have at least SOME production inside. Look how effecient we got when McGary showed up in the tournament?

Look at MSU last year with their big men (who I can't stand)...when they gave them at least a little something the team played so much better.

Horford still too soft once he gets those o-rebounds. Even in this game he's gotten a couple and gotten the ball knocked away on the putback.

Clearly we are superior in every area against this team. Yes, we are on fire and are playing with good chemistry, but we are playing against a team that can't shoot and can't defend.

Yes, kind of.

Remember when these were the types of games where we'd only be up 10 or 12 points late?  Don't have to look too far back in the past.

We aren't winning any Big 10 titles tonight, but I'm glad we aren't going to come away with a lot to complain about.

...we're ready made to compete even without the freshman. I think it's going to take a little bit for either to crazy the starting lineup and I don't know if Irvin ever will. But that's a GOOD thing. Allow them to get some time gaining experience because we only need them as depth at this point.

LeVert has matured. Stauskas and GRIII have gotten better. Our post guys are still the same (which is fine) + we have McGary who we haven't seen. Spike seems very comfortable at the point...picking up right where he left off.

I wonder why he hasn't played more tonight. He's going to be buried because of the experience ahead of him. But this is a great time to get some PT.

As you said, he's made a couple plays. He looks comfortable...I think he may be able to get Beilfelt/McLimas minutes easy.

It will be interesting to see how Dakich commentates on Michigan games this year, with his son being on the team and all.
