Cesar Ruiz best center ever quote?

I overheard Michael Spath on WTKA today saying that Harbaugh is quoted as saying Ruiz could be the best center ever. I've searched and can't find this anywhere or on Twitter. Anyone else here this or have a link? Edited... I guess the intent of this post is to see if anyone has the quote by Marty Smith. I can't seem to find it anywhere and I'm curious in what context Harbaugh was saying it. Either way I'd say it's a huge positive at possibly Michigan's greatest position of need.
