We start with eggs and chorizo on flour tortillas, then snack stuff, then grill burgers, brats, dogs, etc. and have some pasta or potato sides.

I make a trip to Gabriel's for cheesesteaks because we don't have a grill to bring. Apparently the FAA frowns on stuff that burns being put on a plane. Then beer of course. At home...beer.
