Came Monday to Carol Stream, DuPage County, out of Chicago. Now just need the time to read it!
Got it in today's mail here in NY! Yeah! Looks great. I want to buy the Kindle version too unless you are still planning on giving it away free to Kickstarter supporters. It sucks that you only get 5 and change out of the 9 bucks.
