OT: Helmet Stickers: What's your opinion?
I was very young the last time Michigan had helmet stickers, so I've only seen them in old photos. I would love to see them come back. I didn't mind the helmet numbers in 2011, but helmet stickers just seem more traditional to me.
What are your thought?

If Harbaugh wants them, fine with me. However, I do enjoy the arguments below about our helmet being sacred (which I agree with) but then, in the same breath, agree with our uniforms being cheesed up as if they were designed by LA Gear. How about we don't mess with the uniforms, head to toe.

I want to look like the "old Michigan" in almost every way. I'd welcome stickers. I want legacy patches & numbers GONE....yesterday. I know what you're going to say but hear me out: I want natural grass back. When we had astro turf it was like all others in that is was essentially carpet over concrete. We then went to grass but the field would be torn to shreds by week 6 because they didn't really put a legitimate, best quality of the times irrigation system in. It was essentially a layer of 4" soak, a trash draining system & a pump below a layer of clumpgrass. If we pulled up the natural turf and spent $2M on a legitimate sub system we could have a natural field that didn't disintegrate by mid-season. I want natural grass for nostalgia, not liking "fake" surfaces, the advantage it would give our team at home with our new mega manball system vs any team that runs a spread (especially the hyperspread direction osu is taking), marshmallow tossing & more. Finally, this will never happen due to security but I wish I could go to a game and see pony kegs & such in the student section. The UM fanbase needs to make The Big House a wild environment at least in "feel" & noise. We'll never be Death Valley or Autzen but things like giant flags, booze, proper student section seating/behavior need to come back. Yes, we have too many "blue bloods/hairs" to be an LSU crowd. Yet, minus the truly horrible stuff, no reason we can't be at the osu/msu level. Get rid of rawk. Allow students to sell tickets to anyone. Heck, make student tickets free to a set amount! The student section would balloon for the better in a free but fair, seniority based distributed system. WE CAN AFFORD IT! We can do afford it and things like that are quiet money makers when you add in what else it brings. It would at least break even. I just want it to feel like it did as a kid again when I'd be in awe of the students & fans rocking giant UM flags. The band.....the band with the drums that are THE sound of CFB, no rawk. I want our "alt" jerseys to be 80's era in look, ha. Get off my lawn?
